(1) Drying of plastic granules: plastic bottle granules should be stored in a material with hot air drying before making bottles to avoid moisture absorption of plastic granules. Moisture-absorbing plastic can chat with the bottle with lines, affecting the transparency and appearance of the bottle.
(2) Feeding and dedusting of plastic bottles: The vacuum feeding system is generally used on plastic granules. Since the granules are a mixture of fresh and recycled materials, there will be certain fine particles, and the feeding system must consider dust removal measures.
(3) Recycling of plastic granules: There are scraps of bottle making machines and cap making machines currently used, which need to be crushed and then added to the mixer (mixed with fresh materials) for recycling. Since the bottle body, inner and outer caps, and rings may use different materials, the recycling system should be divided into systems according to the materials used.
In the production of plastic bottle caps, plastic injection and or blow molding machines generate a lot of heat. In addition to the use of low-temperature water system cooling, the air-conditioning system should consider the corresponding load.
